Nirmaya Co. works only with commercial clients — hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, hospitals, clinics, hostels, banquet venues, offices and other institutions. We do not take individual household laundry.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Contract clients get fixed collection and delivery windows built around their shift, check-out and service timings, with covered transport in both directions.
Do you handle recurring bulk laundry?
Recurring bulk laundry is our core model. We work on contract with reserved processing capacity for your daily or weekly volume, rather than one-off jobs.
How do we start a contract?
Share your property type, approximate linen volume, fabric mix and preferred timings on WhatsApp. We assess the requirement and send a written proposal covering rates, schedule and service standards.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh and serve commercial clients in Raipur and nearby areas. If you are outside this area, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can service you.
What is the signature fragrance?
Every contract client is paired with a natural fragrance created only for them. No other Nirmaya client receives the same scent for the duration of your contract.
